Does fasting work with type 2 Diabetes? I used to do fasting to lose weight even before I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes. Its effective for me, I lost a lot of weight from 210lbs to 175lbs. Im 5'9" btw. I was diagnosed type 2 diabetes a month ago my A1C is 6.5 . Can I still do fasting?
